目的对Jeffrey C.Wayman,Ph.D.编制的教育复原力量表进行修订,考察修订后量表的的信效度以及我国护生教育复原力的特点。方法对784名在校护理专业学生进行施测,所得资料以SPSS 11.5和LISREL 8.53软件进行统计和处理。结果 1修订后的量表由8个维度组成,共解释方差62.82%,Cronbachα系数为0.907,验证性因素分析表明其结构效度良好(χ2/df<3,RMSEA<0.08,NFI、NNFI、RFI、CFI等均>0.90);2我国护生的教育复原力总体处于中上水平,各维度中得分居于前3位的是家庭支持、同伴关系和社会悦纳。t检验发现不同性别(P<0.05)、教育层次(P<0.01)和就读归因(P<0.001)的护生在教育复原力上存在显著效应。结论修订后的量表具有良好的心理学测量指标。
OBJECTIVE To revise the Rehabilitation Power Scale compiled by Jeffrey C. Wayman, Ph.D., to examine the reliability and validity of the revised scale and the characteristics of nursing education resilience in China. Methods A total of 784 nursing students were enrolled in the study. The data were collected and processed by SPSS 11.5 and LISREL 8.53 software. Results 1 The revised scale consisted of 8 dimensions, explaining 62.82% of the variance and Cronbachα coefficient of 0.907. Confirmatory factor analysis showed good structural validity (χ2 / df <3, RMSEA <0.08, NFI, NNFI, RFI , CFI, etc.> 0.90). 2 The resilience of nursing students in China is generally at the upper middle level. The top three scores in each dimension are family support, peer relationships and social acceptance. Student’s t-test showed that there was a significant effect on education resilience among nursing students of different genders (P <0.05), education level (P <0.01) and attendance attribution (P <0.001) Conclusion The revised scale has good psychological measurement.
