目前,我国学校体育工作面临“内在动力不足、外在激励不强、科学知识欠缺、客观条件落后”等困局。破解困局,要把握学校体育的核心,要从“一个目标,两项措施,三大建设”做起。“提高学生体质健康水平、运动技能以及培养学生健全人格”是学校体育“三位一体”的目标。只有通过加强目标管理与过程管理,以制度建设为核心,着力教师队伍建设和硬件建设,才能为发展学校体育提供基础与保障。体育传统项目校,在提高青少年体质健康的教育实践中要发挥独特的作用。
At present, school physical education in our country is confronted with such dilemmas as “insufficient internal motivation, weak external stimuli, lack of scientific knowledge and backward objective conditions”. Crack the predicament, we must grasp the core of school sports, from the “one goal, two measures, three major construction” to start. “To improve students’ physical health, motor skills and develop a healthy personality” is the school sports “Trinity ” goal. Only by strengthening the target management and process management, system construction as the core, focus on the construction of teachers and hardware construction, in order to provide the basis for the development of school sports and security. Sports traditional programs schools should play a unique role in enhancing the educational practice of young people’s physical health.
