北京首都国际机场正在计划重组非航空业务,航站楼内经营零售及餐饮的租户最迟将在9月底搬出,并且将不再续租,从而改由首都机场自行经营。据了解,今年上半年,机场增加了一些自己的免税店,代理销售比以前更多的国际商品。截至6月底止,首都机场经营额达10.67亿元,同比增长14.4％。上半年净利更是同比猛升了19％,达到2.323亿元。来自非航空业务收入则上升21.6％,达到3.19亿元。
Beijing Capital International Airport is planning to reorganize its non-aeronautical business. Tenants operating retail and food and beverage outlets in the terminal building will be moved out by the end of September at the latest and will no longer renew their leases so that they will be re-operated by Capital Airport. It is understood that in the first half of this year, the airport added some of its own duty-free shops to sell more international commodities than before. As of the end of June, the capital airport business amounted to 1.067 billion yuan, an increase of 14.4%. Net profit in the first half jumped 19% YoY to RMB 232.3 million. Revenues from non-aeronautical operations increased by 21.6% to reach MOP191 million.
