为实现大型液压机工作缸平稳且快速卸荷,对卸荷过程进行精准的比例控制,采用了主阀芯带位移传感器的比例插装节流阀作为卸荷阀,设计并搭建了以蓄能器提供油源的模拟高压大流量实验平台,针对不同阀芯开启曲线及卸荷时间对卸荷冲击的影响进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:该实验台能模拟实现高压大流量系统的卸荷过程;基于能量均匀释放原则推导的卸荷曲线相比其它卸荷曲线,卸荷效果最佳。
In order to achieve smooth and rapid unloading of large hydraulic press work cylinder and precise proportional control of unloading process, a proportional-in-line throttle valve with displacement sensor of main valve core is used as unloading valve, an accumulator The simulation high-pressure and high-flow experimental platform with oil source was provided. Experiments were conducted on the influence of different valve opening curves and unloading time on the unloading impact. The experimental results show that the experimental platform can simulate the unloading process of high pressure and high flow system. The unloading curve based on the principle of uniform energy release has the best unloading behavior compared with other unloading curves.
