According to a report by the Thai tourist authorities, Thailand will reconsider its long-standing tourism marketing strategy. Thailand’s economic strategy think tank - Thailand Institute for Development recently presented a report on the development of Thailand’s tourism industry, pointing out that in the 21st century, Thailand’s tourism development should focus on two themes - environment and culture. In recent years, the Tourism Board of Thailand has paid more and more attention to the environment in tourism economics.
