任何一门科学理论都少不了基本的假设和基本的思想内核。公共关系学当然也不会例外。基本假设是科学理论得以成立的前提,它提供了一个思想和分析的起点;思想内核是科学理论得以存在的基础,它构成了科学理论的框架。全部公共关系学的理论与实践就是在一定的基本假设前提下,围绕着一定的思想内核不断完善和发展起来的。本文拟就公共关系的基本假设,思想内核及其生成条件作一初步的探讨。
The basic assumptions and the basic thought kernel are indispensable in any scientific theory. Of course, public relations is no exception. The basic hypothesis is the premise for the establishment of scientific theory, which provides a starting point for thought and analysis. Ideological kernel is the basis for the existence of scientific theory, and it forms the framework of scientific theory. The theory and practice of all public relations studies are constantly perfected and developed around a certain ideological core under the premise of certain basic assumptions. This article intends to make a preliminary discussion on the basic assumptions of public relations, the ideological kernel and the conditions for its formation.
