[目的]为了保障人民群众的身体健康,保证节日期间食品卫生安全,使大家过个健康祥和的春节,并为食品卫生监督提供依据。[方法]按国家相关卫生标准对龙岗区内各大商场、超市、餐饮单位的糖果、果脯、速冻食品、烘炒坚果、调味品、熟食、凉菜7类食品进行卫生学检测。[结果]调味品类、烘炒坚果的各项指标合格率均为100.0%,糖果、果脯、速冻食品、熟食和凉菜的合格率分别为91.0%、94.1%、70%、59.4%和17.6%。[结论]该区的食品卫生状况是调味品、糖果类合格率较高,熟食类和凉菜类合格率较低,尤其是凉菜类污染严重,建议卫生监督部门加强食品卫生的监督,减少食源性疾患的发生。
[Objective] In order to ensure the health of the people and ensure the food hygiene and safety during the festival, we have had a healthy and peaceful Spring Festival and provided the basis for food hygiene supervision. [Method] Hygienic tests were conducted on 7 categories of foods such as sweets, preserved fruits, quick-frozen foods, roasted nuts, condiments, cooked food and cold dishes in major shopping malls, supermarkets and catering units in Longgang district according to relevant national health standards. [Result] The qualified rate of condiment and baked nut were all 100.0%. The passing rate of candy, preserved fruit, frozen food, cooked food and cold dish were 91.0%, 94.1%, 70%, 59.4% and 17.6% respectively. [Conclusion] The food sanitation condition in this area is condiment, the passing rate of confectionery is high, the passing rate of cooked food and cold food is low, especially the cold food is seriously polluted. It is suggested that the health supervision department should strengthen the supervision of food hygiene and reduce the source of food Occurrence of sexual disorders.
