酸碱滴定是基础分析化学中最重要的内容之一。通过酸碱滴定的教学,不仅有利于学生掌握滴定分析法的基本原理,而且为比较严谨地处理分析化学中各种化学平衡问题打下牢固的基础。因此,新编分析化学教材对酸碱滴定一章有所加强,与过去的教材相比,内容的改变也较大,而变化最大的是用酸碱质子理论来定量处理酸碱平衡问题。其他如溶液中各种酸碱组分的分布、溶液pH值的精确计算、缓冲容量、终点误差和非水滴定等内容,也有所加强。本文拟对用质子理论处理酸碱平衡和终点误差
Acid-base titration is one of the most important elements in basic analytical chemistry. Teaching by acid-base titration not only helps students grasp the basic principles of titration analysis, but also lays a solid foundation for more rigorous treatment of various chemical equilibrium problems in analytical chemistry. Therefore, the new analytical chemistry textbook to acid-base titration has been strengthened, compared with the previous textbooks, the content changes are larger, and the biggest change is the use of acid-base proton theory to quantitatively deal with acid-base balance problem. Others such as the distribution of various acid-base components in solution, accurate calculation of pH value of solution, buffer capacity, end point error and non-aqueous titration, etc., have also been strengthened.
