山西垣曲铜矿峪矿使用的6m~3底卸式矿车轴距原来为1700 m,后来由于缩短运输道距离,减少井巷工程和运输费用,决定将轨距改为1400m。为了安全、可靠地运输,有必要对改造后6 m~3底卸式矿车的稳定性进行分析。矿车在运行中需保持横向和纵向的稳定性。矿车的稳定性与重心位置、装载情况、牵引方式及阻车情况等有关,由于矿车在3/1000的坡度上行驶,可以忽略坡度的影响,按水平行驶车辆分析。

Later, due to shortening the distance of transportation lane and reducing the cost of roadway engineering and transportation, it was decided to change the gauge to 1400m. In order to transport safely and reliably, it is necessary to analyze the stability of the 6 m ~ Car in the operation of the need to maintain horizontal and vertical stability. The stability of the tub depends on the position of the center of gravity, the loading conditions, the traction mode and the resistance to the vehicle. As the tub runs on a grade of 3/1000, the impact of the grade can be ignored and the vehicle is analyzed horizontally.
