目的:建立丹参素钠含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,色谱柱为Spherisorb C18(4.0 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(1∶30∶0.5);检测波长为280 nm;柱温室温;流速1.2 mL·min-1。结果:丹参素钠含量在(25~250)μg·mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 2),平均回收率为99.21%,RSD为0.98%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确、可用于宽心口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Danshensu sodium content. Method: HPLC method, the chromatographic column was Spherisorb C18 (4.0 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (1∶30∶0.5); detection wavelength was 280 nm; column temperature was room temperature; flow rate was 1.2 mL· Min-1. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship (r=0.999 2) in the range of (25~250) μg·mL-1 for Danshensu sodium, with an average recovery of 99.21% and RSD of 0.98%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Kuanxin Oral Liquid.
