本文结合薪酬差距的相关理论,分析了国有企业内部纵向、横向薪酬差距现状,并指出了对各阶层的影响,以希望国有企业结合相关理论,合理调整薪酬差距,提高企业效益。
Based on the theory of the pay gap, this paper analyzes the current situation of the vertical and horizontal pay gap in state-owned enterprises and points out the impact on all sectors. We hope that the state-owned enterprises will combine the relevant theories to reasonably adjust the pay gap and improve the efficiency of enterprises.
