“Public relations” is the marginal science in the emerging social sciences more than half a century ago. It examines how a social organization can use communication tools to adapt to the public, communicate with each other and benefit from each other. Practice has proved that public relations have played a huge role in the development of modern commodity economy, in the communication of interpersonal relationships and in the shaping of images. Although the public relations in mainland China has only over ten years of history, this management art has shown its vitality. Some thoughts and activities similar to modern public relations appeared in ancient China. Although, it is not a conscious measure
