通过断口宏观分析、金相组织检查、硬度测试及化学成分分析,对某发动机喷油器压板螺栓的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,螺栓硬度不符合相关要求及螺纹表面存在微裂纹是该螺栓断裂的主要原因。并提出了相应改进措施。
Through the macroscopic fracture analysis, metallographic examination, hardness test and chemical composition analysis, the fracture reason of a certain engine injector pressure plate bolt was analyzed. The results show that the failure of the bolt hardness and the presence of microcracks on the thread surface are the main reasons for the bolt breakage. And put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
