淋病是对人类健康危害较大的性传播疾病之一,对淋病的检验应力求快速、准确,我们应用淋球菌标准菌株免疫家兔,再经异硫氰酸荧光黄(ＦＩＴＣ)标记免抗淋球菌ＩｇＧ,制成的兔抗淋球菌ＩｇＧ荧光抗体获得了良好的效果,现报告如下。材料和方法 (1)抗原:标准菌株淋球菌Ⅰ型编号2940
Gonorrhea is one of the sexually transmitted diseases which are more harmful to human health. The test of gonorrhea should be fast and accurate. We use the standard strain of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to immunize the rabbits and then mark the anti-lymphoma with FITC Cocci IgG, made of rabbit anti-gonococcal IgG fluorescent antibody obtained good results, are as follows.
