目的评价氟化物涂膜与半导体激光联合应用治疗牙本质过敏症的近期临床疗效。方法 42例牙本质过敏症患者共计142颗患牙分为3组:氟化物涂膜组(A组)47颗患牙、半导体激光组(B组)47颗患牙、氟化物涂膜与半导体激光联合组(C组)48颗患牙。采用数字化疼痛评判法测量牙本质敏感程度。每组患者分3个阶段进行疗效评估,观察治疗前、治疗后(10 min)、1个月及3个月的VAS值。采用单因素方差分析对结果进行统计学分析。结果 3种方法对于牙本质过敏症的治疗在不同的时间均有疗效;C组与其他两组相比较,具有更好的疗效(P<0.05)。结论氟化物涂膜与半导体激光联合应用治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效优于单独使用氟化物涂膜或半导体激光。
Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of fluoride coating combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity. METHODS: A total of 142 teeth with 42 cases of dentine hypersensitivity were divided into 3 groups: 47 teeth in the fluoride group (group A), 47 teeth in the group of the semiconductor laser (group B), fluoride films and semiconductors Laser combined group (C group) 48 teeth. Digitized pain assessment method to measure dentine sensitivity. The efficacy of each group was evaluated in 3 stages. The VAS values before treatment, after treatment (10 min), after 1 month and after 3 months were observed. The results were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Results The three methods were effective in treating dentin hypersensitivity at different time points. C group had better efficacy than the other two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of fluoride coating and semiconductor laser in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity is superior to the single use of fluoride coating or semiconductor laser.
