医院管理方法初探

我院是一所小医院。1985年以来在医疗工作中试行了以质量管理为核心,以经济管理为主线的岗位责任制,取得了较好的效果。本文就我们的做法和问题谈点管窥之见与同行商榷。一、效果;评价工作优劣是以获得的成绩和效果为基本标准的。我院医疗工作改革,比较充分地调动了全体医务人员的积极性,提高了工作效率和质量。改革后医院增加床位77张,与1984年比较,门诊工作量增加42.48%,收容增长20.65%,手术增长23.19%,治愈率增长0.68%。服务思想和服务态度有了明显的改善,克服了科室间在接诊、收容、转科时 Our hospital is a small hospital. Since 1985, the post responsibility system with quality management as the core and economic management as the main line has been tried out in medical work and achieved good results. This article talks about our practices and problems and discusses with peers. First, the effect; the merits and demerits of the evaluation work are the basic criteria for the achievements and results obtained. The reform of medical work in our hospital has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of all medical personnel and improved the efficiency and quality of work. After the reform, the hospital increased the number of beds 77, compared with 1984, the outpatient workload increased by 42.48%, the hospitalization increased by 20.65%, the surgery increased by 23.19%, and the cure rate increased by 0.68%.
