目的研究一种低创伤、高造模成功率的两肾一夹型肾血管性高血压大鼠模型的建立方法。方法通过采用右侧卧位进行手术,在脊柱旁用止血钳钝性分离肌肉,挤出肾脏,在靠近腹主动脉处,应用自制银夹狭窄左肾动脉,制备肾血管性高血压大鼠模型。结果两组大鼠比较,实验组大鼠手术后三周血压显著升高,与对照组比较有显著差异P<0.01。通过此造模方式,高血压模型成功率能达到75%。结论通过改良手术部位,并提供一种有效可行的制作银夹的方法,使两肾一夹型肾血管性高血压大鼠模型的建立更为简单,不开腹、损伤性小、死亡率低、易行快速且重复性好,造模成功率高于传统造模方法。
Objective To study a method of establishing a two-kidney-clip renovascular hypertensive rats model with low trauma and high success rate. Methods By using the right lateral decubitus surgery, the muscle was blunt dissected by hemostatic forceps in the spine and the kidneys were squeezed out. In the vicinity of the abdominal aorta, the left renal artery was stenosed by a homemade silver clip to prepare a rat model of renovascular hypertension . Results Compared with the control group, the blood pressure of the rats in the experimental group increased significantly three weeks after operation, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Through this modeling method, the success rate of hypertension model can reach 75%. Conclusion By improving the surgical site and providing an effective and feasible method of making silver clips, the establishment of two-kidney-clip type renovascular hypertension rat model is more simple, less laparotomy, less damage and low mortality rate , Easy and fast and good repeatability, modeling success rate higher than the traditional modeling method.
