本文针对汉白玉石质文物的防风化问题,选择了三种保护材料,对材料的应用性能进行了系统测试,通过质量变化、色差变化、接触角变化、吸水量变化、渗透深度、透气性能六项测试表征了材料的基本应用性能;通过氙灯气候老化试验、盐雾老化试验、耐酸试验、耐碱试验、冻融试验五项测试表征了材料的老化性能和化学稳定性;经过比较发现,作为石质文物的外保护材料,氟硅材料及硅氧烷材料较为适宜。通过此项研究总结了较为科学的评价方法。希望能对行业标准的建立提供参考。
In this paper, we selected three kinds of protective materials for the anti-weathering of marble white relics, and systematically tested the application properties of the materials. Through the changes of mass, color difference, contact angle, water absorption, depth of penetration and air permeability The basic properties of the materials were characterized by XRD, weathering aging test, salt fog aging test, acid resistance test, alkali resistance test and freeze-thaw test. The aging and chemical stability of the materials were characterized by XRD, Foreign cultural relics protection materials, silicon fluoride materials and materials more appropriate. Through this study, we summarize a more scientific method of evaluation. Hope that the establishment of the industry standards provide a reference.
