目的了解、分析当前病案复印服务现状,并对改进措施进行研究。方法采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法,对2016年5月-2016年6月来院复印住院病案资料的患者或家属和病案室工作人员了解病案复印服务现状,征求改进意见和建议,通过文献法总结3种改进措施,并进行分析。结果医患双方对病案复印认识不同,其中患者对病案复印流程满意度评价相对较差,工作人员普遍认为患者复印常识缺乏,双方存在信息不对称。结论为了提高病案复印服务质量,解决医患病案复印认识差异,各医院须通过适宜途径做好病案复印常识告知工作,并根据自身条件选择科学适宜的改进方式。
Objective To understand and analyze the current situation of medical record service and to study the improvement measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of medical record-copying service for the patients or their relatives who were hospitalized and photocopied from May 2016 to June 2016 to seek for suggestions and suggestions for improvement. Through literature review Summarized three kinds of improvement measures, and analyzed. Results Both doctors and patients had different understanding of medical records, among them, the patients’ evaluation of medical records copying process was relatively unsatisfactory. The staff generally believed that the common knowledge of patients was lacking and the information asymmetry exists between the two parties. Conclusion In order to improve the service quality of medical records and to resolve the differences between medical records and medical records, all hospitals should make their best use of the common sense of medical records to inform their work, and select suitable scientific ways of improvement according to their own conditions.
