网络计划技术是大型复杂工程项目进度控制的重要方法,其中双代号网络的应用比单代号网络图更广,但绘制难度更大。难点在于有时需要添加虚工作。添加虚工作是为了满足绘图规则或指明逻辑关系。判断指明逻辑关系的虚工作要比满足绘图规则的虚工作复杂,相关文献中提出了两项工作之间虚工作的判断方法,却未阐述两项以上工作之间虚工作的判断方法。为了解决这一难题,创造性地引入集合理论,并将工作的紧前工作及紧后工作作为集合,依据紧前工作集合及紧后工作集合之间的关系来准确判断多项工作之间的虚工作。最后的案例分析表明这种方法具有很强的实用性,能够大大提高绘图效率。
Network planning technology is an important method to control the progress of large and complex projects. The application of dual code network is more extensive than that of single code network, but the drawing is more difficult. The difficulty is sometimes the need to add virtual work. Add virtual work is to meet the drawing rules or specify the logic. Judging the virtual work of specifying the logical relationship is more complicated than the virtual work of meeting the drawing rules. The relevant literature puts forward the judgment method of the virtual work between the two work, but does not elaborate the judgment method of the virtual work between two or more work. In order to solve this problem, we creatively introduce the theory of set, and take the immediate and immediate work of the work as a collection. Based on the relationship between the immediate and immediate sets of work, we can accurately judge the deficiency between multiple work jobs. The final case analysis shows that this method is very practical and can greatly improve the efficiency of drawing.
