液力偶合器是一种可改善传动品质,延长机械寿命和节约能源的通用性元件。大连液力机械厂在引进西德伏依特公司限矩型液力偶合器专有技术的基础上,与首钢原料处合作,研制了T562型普通型液力偶合器。装在首钢原料处国产W1001型和波兰Ku1206B型挖掘机上,取代原来的摩擦式主离合器。经过在两种不同工况(履带吊车和正铲)的挖掘机上,进行超负荷试验和投产使用,取得了显著的技木经济效果。挖掘机原来用双片干式摩擦离合器做主离合器,首钢原料处有六台挖掘机采用这种离合器。因离合器故障停机修理非常频繁,每年每台挖掘机至少要停机修理四次,有时停机达三个月之久。这种离合器是在弹簧的压力下,由摩擦片及弹簧压盘内齿摩擦片和离
