氰酸酯树脂(CE)具有优异的电性能、热性能、耐湿热性能以及介电性能,使其广泛应用于航空航天和电子等高尖端技术领域,但其基本性研究仍存在着各种争议。综述了目前氰酸酯树脂的几种固化反应类型及机理特点,为积极推动氰酸酯树脂的研究发展贡献一份绵薄之力。
Cyanate ester resin (CE) has excellent electrical, thermal, moisture and heat resistance and dielectric properties, making it widely used in aerospace and electronics and other cutting-edge technology, but its basic research there are still a variety of controversies . The current curing reaction types and mechanism characteristics of cyanate ester resins are summarized, which contributes a lot to the research and development of cyanate ester resins.
