目的:测定氟康唑胶囊的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定氟康唑胶囊的含量。用shim-C18柱,以氢化泼尼松 为内标,甲醇-水(70:30)为流动相,检测波长260 nm。结果:药物浓度在20～180μg·ml-1范围内呈线性关系,样品回收率为 99.1％,RSD为1.1％(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、可靠。
Objective: To determine the content of fluconazole capsules. Methods: The content of fluconazole capsule was determined by HPLC. Using shim-C18 column with prednisolone as internal standard, methanol-water (70:30) as the mobile phase, detection wavelength 260 nm. Results: The drug concentration was linear in the range of 20-180 μg · ml-1. The recovery rate was 99.1% and the RSD was 1.1% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable.
