高校《劳动法》课程的考试与考查,不仅是检查学生学习成绩的重要途径,而且是系统地巩固学生所学知识、总结教学经验、检查学校工作的主要方法。在素质教育的背景下,传统的考试制度和考试方法依然在教学领域保持着轨道惯性,其弊端日渐突出,如考试目的功利化、命题质量不高、导向作用不明显等,阻碍了高等教育质量的提高。使考试发挥应有的功能,建立完善的考试管理体系,使考试管理更加科学化、规范化、合理化,己成为高校尤其是高校教务部门的关注点。
