采用人工模拟低温环境的方法,以漾泡、大麻1号和大麻2号3个核桃品种的2年生离体叶片为试材,测定不同温度下其相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖和脯氨酸等抗寒生理生化指标。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,3个品种核桃的相对电导率逐渐升高,丙二醛和可溶性糖含量则呈现“升高-降低-升高”的变化规律,脯氨酸含量分别呈“升高-降低”的变化规律。综合4个抗寒生理生化指标,大麻1号和大麻2号的抗寒能力强于漾泡核桃。
