目的基于BP神经网络模型分析肺癌手术患者住院费用的影响因素,为有效控制住院费用提供依据。方法对2010年1月-2013年12月的168例肺癌手术患者的住院资料进行收集,采用BP神经网络模型分析患者的不同类别的住院费用的影响因素。结果在总住院费用构成中,药费、材料费的比重最大,分别达到32.77%和23.80%。住院天数是各项费用及总费用中最重要的影响程度,且住院天数长的患者,其在各项费用及总费用中的花费越高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理控制药费及材料类费用、有效缩短患者的住院日,可最大程度减轻肺癌手术患者的经济负担。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hospitalization cost in patients with lung cancer based on BP neural network model and provide the basis for effective control of hospitalization costs. Methods A total of 168 hospitalized lung cancer patients from January 2010 to December 2013 were enrolled in this study. Inpatients’ hospitalization costs were analyzed using BP neural network model. Results in the composition of the total hospital costs, the largest share of drug costs, materials costs, respectively, reached 32.77% and 23.80%. Hospitalization days are the most important influence among all expenses and total expenses. Patients who have a long hospitalization period have higher cost among all expenses and total expenses, and the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Reasonable control of drug and materials costs, effectively shorten the patient’s hospitalization days, can minimize the economic burden of patients with lung cancer surgery.
