通过流行病学调查,发现较长时期接触低浓度硝基甲烷(1.3~27.4mg/m~3)作业工人,可引起轻度神经衰弱症候群及粘膜刺激症状。并且硝基甲烷作业工人的红细胞、血红蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、胆碱酯酶增高,血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)降低。上述改变可作为长期接触硝基甲烷的生物学监测指标。
Through epidemiological investigation, it was found that workers exposed to low concentrations of nitromethane (1.3 ~ 27.4mg / m ~ 3) for a long time could cause mild neurasthenic syndrome and mucosal irritation. And nitromethane workers red blood cells, hemoglobin, alkaline phosphatase, cholinesterase increased serum triiodothyronine (T_3) decreased. These changes can be used as long-term exposure to nitromethane biological monitoring indicators.
