The creation of “self-fulfilling people” is based on the historical evolution of human resource management objectives. In the early stage of capitalism, employees were regarded as employed and taken as cruel means to manage their employees. In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, western enterprises regarded their employees as “economic agents” and began to use economic means to manage their employees: 20
