粒细胞－巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）是一种具有多效性的造血生长因子。同其它细胞因子相同，其作用的发挥需要通过靶细胞上的受体。本文综述了近几年来国外对ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ受体的分子和生化特征表达和调控以及信号传导等方面的研究进展。
Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a pleiotropic hematopoietic growth factor. Like other cytokines, its function requires the passage of receptors on target cells. This review summarizes the recent advances in the molecular and biochemical characteristics of GM-CSF receptor expression and regulation and signal transduction in foreign countries.
