空调系统和生活热水系统独立设计可满足室内人员对空调和生活热水的同步需求,而其系统独立性却成为建筑物能耗较高的重要原因之一。以泾阳县医院综合门诊楼热泵系统为例,利用建筑热环境设计模拟分析软件DeST得到全年冷热动态负荷,依据设计规范计算生活热水负荷,引入经验系数确定该热泵机组所能提供的逐时冷凝热负荷,将冷凝热负荷与生活热水负荷对比。结果表明,在夏季空调季利用冷凝热回收技术可以完全满足7月份、8月份生活热水需求,虽然6月份、9月份无法全部满足,但可有效减少辅助加热设备的用量。

The results show that the use of condensing heat recovery technology in the summer air-conditioning season can fully meet the needs of domestic hot water in July and August. Although it can not be fully met in June and September, the amount of auxiliary heating equipment can be effectively reduced.
