为探索木耳田间高产栽培的技术措施,实验研究了全光照微喷条件下,地面摆放方式对木耳产量、色泽及病虫害的影响。结果表明,草地上摆放黑木耳菌棒的前期产量提高25.6%,远高于地膜上摆放菌棒的产量,草地单个菌棒提高产量35%;与铺地膜相比,草地上摆放菌棒前、后期的单耳面积分别提高21%和11.8%,单耳平均重量分别提高13.8%和21.1%。2种不同栽培方式下黑木耳的色差值相差不大,但地面铺膜的病害情况比草地上严重。露地栽培时草地菌棒摆放方式更适合黑木耳生长。
In order to explore the technical measures of high-yielding cultivation in the field of fungus, the effects of ground patterns on the yield, color, pests and diseases of fungus under full light and micro-spray were experimentally studied. The results showed that the initial yield of black fungus was increased by 25.6% on the grassland, much higher than the yield of the putty put on the ground, and the single putty of grass increased the yield by 35%. Compared with the mulching, The area of single ear increased by 21% and 11.8% respectively in the anterior and posterior phases, and the average weight of single ear increased by 13.8% and 21.1% respectively. The color difference of black fungus under two different cultivation methods showed little difference, but the diseases on the ground film were more serious than the grass. Open field cultivation of fungus rods placed more suitable for the growth of black fungus.
