探讨了分段添加碱和添加蒽醌(AQ)对蓝桉硫酸盐法制浆(KP法)蒸煮性能的影响。同时,评估了这些改良工艺对浆料的ECF漂白及漂后浆料成纸性能的影响。与KP法蒸煮中一次性加入碱的方式相比,分段添加碱(EAp法)更能提高纸浆得率。同时,在KP法中添加AQ(KP+AQ法)也能提高蒸煮得率。EAp法蒸煮后的浆料漂白所需ClO2用量较低,而KP+AQ法较高。添加AQ助剂的漂白浆由于含有较高的聚木糖,打浆性能较好;用碱量的高低对浆料中聚糖的降解至关重要。
The effects of sub-adding alkali and adding anthraquinone (AQ) on cooking performance of KP method were discussed. At the same time, the impact of these improved processes on the ECF bleaching of pulp and post-slack pulp papermaking was evaluated. Compared with the one-time adding of alkali in KP method cooking, the step of adding alkali (EAp method) can improve the yield of pulp. At the same time, adding AQ (KP + AQ method) to the KP method can also improve the cooking yield. The amount of ClO2 required for pulp bleaching after EAp cooking was lower, while the KP + AQ method was higher. The bleaching pulp with AQ additive has better beating performance due to the higher xylose content. The amount of base used is crucial to the degradation of polysaccharide in the pulp.
