1. Introduction In machinery such as steam turbines, gas turbines and hydroelectric generators, a circular shaft rotating at a high speed is one of the major components. Stress analysis of high-speed rotating circular shaft has great theoretical and practical value. Elastic analysis of equiaxed and accelerated rotating circular axes has been basically solved, and the analysis of elasto-plasticity for accelerating the rotating circular axis is still an important issue worthy of study. Because in actual engineering, the accelerated start or sudden stop of the high-speed rotating circular shaft will be more dangerous than the isometric rotation. In the accelerated rotation of the circular shaft, not only mass-induced centrifugal inertia, but also because of
