在数字中频接收机中,经常需要多通道的模数转换器对中频信号采样并高速传输给FPGA,为提高模数转换器和FPGA之间的数据传输速率,增加系统集成度,利用Xilinx公司Virtex-6系列FPGA内嵌的SERDES收发器,设计实现了多通道模数转换器与FPGA间的单向源同步接口数据传输;介绍了SERDES收发器内部结构和使用特点,详细讨论了其源同步接口的FPGA实现方法,并在板卡上进行验证,结果表明当采样时钟为125MHz,单通道数据速率为2Gb/s时,能够实现四通道的稳定高速串行传输。
In the digital intermediate frequency receiver, often need the multichannel ADC to sample the IF signal and transmit it to the FPGA at high speed. In order to increase the data transmission rate between the ADC and the FPGA and increase the system integration, the Xilinx Virtex -6 series FPGA embedded SERDES transceiver, designed to achieve a multi-channel ADC and FPGA between the one-way source synchronous interface data transmission; introduced SERDES transceiver internal structure and the use of features, discussed in detail its source synchronous interface FPGA implementation and verification on the card, the results show that when the sampling clock is 125MHz, single-channel data rate of 2Gb / s, to achieve a stable four-channel high-speed serial transmission.
