传统的教学模式下,教师讲得多,讲得累,而学生学得苦,学得累,课堂上师生间的“内耗”严重,课堂教学的效率和学生能力的培养无从谈起。新课改要求教师应当成为学生学习的指导者、引领者和促进者,而不是一味的教师讲,学生听的被动的、灌输式教学。本人就如何调动学生有效参与课堂教学的问题谈几点体会。一、挖掘课标和教材,联系时政热点,补充激发学生学习的案例材料,调动学生参与课堂教学的热情
Under the traditional teaching mode, teachers talk a lot and talk tiredly, while students have to learn hard, they are tired of learning, and the serious “internal friction” between teachers and students, the efficiency of classroom teaching and the cultivation of students’ abilities . The new curriculum reform requires that teachers should become the mentors, leaders and promoters of student learning instead of blind teachers, passive and inculcating teaching students listen to. I talk about how to mobilize students to effectively participate in classroom teaching.
