人性假设是中西管理理论与实践中的一个重要问题。在管理思想史上,人性假设中国以性善论、性恶论等为代表,而西方则以经济人假设、社会人假设、自我实现人假设和复杂人假设为代表。本文对中西的“人性假设”进行比较分析,探析中西管理思想的异同。
Hypothesis of Human Nature is an Important Problem in the Theory and Practice of Chinese and Western Management. In the history of management thinking, human nature assumes that China is represented by the theory of “goodness and evil”, while the “West” is represented by the assumption of economic man, the assumption of social man, the hypothesis of self-actualization and the assumption of complex man. This article makes a comparative analysis of the “human nature hypothesis” between China and the West and probes into the similarities and differences between Chinese and western management thinking.
