医院以票据形式形成的收费是医院主营业务收入之一,占业务收入的70%以上,是医院法定的原始凭证,也是医院的记账依据。随着医院体制的不断改革与深化,医院收费票据在种类上、数量上都有所剧增,因此过去的管理模式与方法显然早已不适应现代化管理的需求,并且问题明显凸起,作为一名多年的收费票据管理人员,将工作中的实际问题加以浅析,希望得到同行的指点,以此提高自己今后的业务能力。
