以上海海湾国家森林公园梅花为试材,通过不完全随机取样,测定土壤的pH和植株生长发育指标,采用统计分析的方法,研究了高土壤pH对梅花生长发育的影响,以期找到耐碱土的梅花品种,并为梅花耐盐碱机理的研究提供参考。结果表明:上海海湾国家森林公园土壤pH在8~9,梅花基本正常生长。梅花具有较强的耐碱土能力,高pH下,梅花生长发育情况有一定变化。一年生枝的长度与土壤pH具有相关性,随pH增加梅花一年生枝的长度有降低的趋势。高pH下,梅花着花量减少,花径有变小的趋势。
Taking the plum of Shanghai Bay National Forest Park as test material, the soil pH and plant growth and development index were determined by random sampling, and the influence of high soil pH on the growth and development of plum was studied by means of statistical analysis in order to find out the characteristics of alkali-tolerant soil Plum varieties, and provide a reference for the research on mechanism of salt-tolerance in plum. The results showed that the soil pH of Shanghai Bay National Forest Park was between 8 and 9, and the plum blossom grew normally. Plum has a strong alkaline earth resistance, high pH, Plum growth and development have some changes. The annual branch length has a correlation with soil pH. With the increase of pH, the annual branch length tends to decrease. Under high pH, plum flowers reduced the flower diameter has become smaller trend.
