目的了解锦州市社区卫生服务站护理现状,为遴选符合教学要求的社区护理教学基地提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对古塔区、凌河区现有60个社区卫生服务站进行调查,调查内容包括管理体制、基本设施和设备、服务内容、护理人力资源等情况。结果锦州市社区卫生服务站的管理体制多样,基本医疗卫生设施及设备不足。60个社区卫生服务站共有护理人员141名,平均2.35名/个,年龄构成以20~30岁为主(44.0%),学历以中专为主(70.2%),职称以初级为主(70.2%)。社区服务站以综合服务方向为主,较少开展家庭访视、健康教育等服务。结论按社区教学基地要求锦州市各类社区卫生服务站还需加强管理,拓宽社区服务范围,增加服务内容,有计划地培训社区护理人员医学专业理论知识和护理技能,建立适合我国国情的社区卫生护理服务模式和社区护理教学基地。
Objective To understand the status quo of community health service station in Jinzhou and to provide basis for selecting community nursing teaching base in line with teaching requirements. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate the existing 60 community health service stations in Guta District and Linghe District. The investigation includes the management system, basic facilities and equipment, service contents and nursing human resources. Results The community health service station in Jinzhou has a diversified management system and insufficient basic medical facilities and equipment. There are 141 nursing staff members in 60 community health service stations, with an average of 2.35 / person. The age is mainly composed of 20-30 years old (44.0%), secondary school diploma (70.2%), primary title primary (70.2% %). Community service stations to comprehensive service orientation, less to carry out family visits, health education and other services. Conclusions According to the requirements of community teaching base, all kinds of community health service stations in Jinzhou need to be strengthened management, broaden the scope of community services, increase service content, and systematically train the theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of community nursing staff in medical profession and establish community health suitable to China’s national conditions Nursing service model and community nursing teaching base.
