本文基于模糊决策思想对某气囊着陆缓冲系统进行了设计。首先在设计阶段各因素不确定的情况下,对各影响因素的模糊性进行了定量处理,确定了回收目标的着陆质量及速度;然后建立起气囊缓冲系统有限元模型,研究了缓冲气囊排气压力与回收过载之间的变化规律;并将该方法应用于某设备方案设计中,为初步设计方案评估提供了依据。
In this paper, a balloon landing buffer system is designed based on fuzzy decision-making. Firstly, the fuzziness of each influencing factor is quantitatively treated and the landing quality and speed of the recovery target are determined under the condition of uncertain factors in each stage of design. Then, the finite element model of airbag cushioning system is established, Pressure and recovery overload between the rules; and the method is applied to a device design, provides a basis for the initial design evaluation.
