主要介绍快速支护装备作业平台在不同工作情况下的受力分析,利用SolidWorks软件建立作业平台的三维模型。对作业平台的三维模型进行了网格划分并进行了网格优化,针对不同工况分别进行有限元分析,从而看出工作平台在不同的工况下是否符合设计要求,同时也为模型的优化设计提供理论依据和先行数据。
This paper mainly introduces the force analysis of the rapid support equipment working platform under different working conditions and establishes the 3D model of the working platform by using SolidWorks software. The three-dimensional model of the working platform is grid-divided and optimized. The finite element analysis is conducted according to different working conditions so as to see whether the working platform meets the design requirements under different working conditions and also optimizes the model Design provides theoretical basis and advance data.
