法国敦刻尔克钢铁厂2号高炉有效容积为1600m~3,炉缸直径9.5m,有23个风口和两个铁口,经大修技术改造后于1982年10月投产。其喷煤设备在1983年7月底投入运行。1985年3月喷煤量已达131kg/t铁,置换比为0.84,高炉操作十分顺利,焦比已降低到350kg/t铁。现将此高炉喷煤系统简介如下: 1.煤粉制备车间该车间建于码头附近原料场的一角,包括磨粉和干燥。原煤进入球磨机前先筛除大块(筛孔40mm)。车间内设有卧式球磨机一台。在原煤含水量低于10%的情况下,每小时能生产煤粉30t。煤粉含水量低于1%,>80μm的颗粒在15%以下。图1示出煤粉制备工艺流程示意。
