国内首台国产110kV/30MVA磁阀式并联高压可控电抗器已在湖南怀化电业局220kV田家变投入运行,为此,分析了田家变电站220kV侧母线电压过高、110kV侧母线电压波动过大的原因,提出在110kV母线加装并联可控电抗器的解决方案,并研制了国内首台110kV磁阀式可控电抗器工业样机,开发了基于Intel80C196KC单片机的控制装置与保护装置。试验和样机运行数据表明:该电抗器谐波含量低,损耗小,控制装置可靠,解决了高压侧电压过高、中压侧电压波动大的难题,提高了系统供电质量。
The first domestically produced 110kV / 30MVA solenoid valve parallel high-voltage controllable reactor has been put into operation in 220kV Tianjihua, Hunan Huaihua Electric Power Bureau. Therefore, the voltage of 220kV side busbar of Tianji Substation is too high and the voltage of 110kV side busbar is too large The author put forward the solution of installing shunt reactors in 110kV buses and developed the first industrial prototype of 110kV solenoid valve controllable reactors in China and developed the control device and the protection device based on Intel80C196KC single chip microcomputer. The experimental and prototype data show that the reactor has the advantages of low harmonic content, small loss and reliable control device, which solves the problem of high voltage on the high voltage side and large voltage fluctuation on the medium voltage side, and improves the power supply quality of the system.
