目的评估重庆市某区社区卫生服务中心的运行现状,提出改进意见,促进社区卫生服务发展。方法对区内9家社区卫生服务中心采用统一评估体系,通过机构自评、现场评估认定等方法收集资料。结果8家(88.89%)机构评估合格,职工和居民对社区卫生服务的满意度均>80%,平均单处方88.89%控制在50元以下;7家(77.78%)机构未启用标识系统,康复科设置较差,合作医疗利用率、合同户续签率、慢病管理率和控制率低,社区诊断内容陈旧,药品收入居高不下。结论社区卫生服务中心能履行基本职能,但有些方面有待改进。应尽快统一标识和完善康复科设置,利用合作医疗制度,规范慢病管理和签约合同服务,及时更新社区诊断,将疾病防治关口前移。
Objective To assess the status quo of community health service centers in a district in Chongqing, put forward suggestions for improvement and promote the development of community health services. Methods Nine community health service centers in the district adopted a unified evaluation system and collected information through institutional self-assessment, on-site assessment and identification. Results 8 (88.89%) institutions passed the evaluation, the satisfaction rate of employees and residents to community health services was> 80%, the average single prescription was 88.89% less than 50 yuan, and 7 (77.78%) institutions did not use the labeling system and rehabilitation Section set up poor, cooperative medical utilization, contract renewal rate, the rate of chronic disease management and control is low, outdated community diagnostic content, high drug prices. Conclusion Community health service center can fulfill its basic functions, but some aspects need to be improved. As soon as possible unified identification and rehabilitation department settings, the use of cooperative medical system, standardize chronic disease management and contracted contract services, timely update community diagnosis, the disease control gateway forward.
