采用盆栽和大田试验相结合的方法,研究了不同植物生长调节物质拌种对玉米后期叶片衰老及产量的影响。结果表明:不同植物生长调节物质均能增强后期叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)的积累,增加绿叶面积和提高叶面积指数,延缓后期叶片衰老。其中,处理C[300mg/kg丁二酸+0.3%壳聚糖(丁二酸∶壳聚糖为1∶10)]显著改善玉米穗部性状,增加玉米产量,增产率为9.04%。
Pot and field experiments were used to study the effects of different plant growth regulators on senescence and yield of late maize leaves. The results showed that different plant growth regulators could enhance the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), reduce the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA), increase the area of green leaves and increase the leaf area index, and delay the leaf senescence in the late stage. Among them, treatment C [300mg / kg succinic acid + 0.3% chitosan (succinic acid: chitosan 1:10)] significantly improved maize ear traits and increased maize yield with an increase rate of 9.04%.
