介绍3×0.22/9×0.20CCUT钢帘线特点,并对其代替3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用进行研究。结果表明,3×0.22/9×0.20CCUT与3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT钢帘线相比具有优点:(1)较小的钢丝直径,可提高轮胎厂的压延效率和减少压延损耗;(2)具有较低的线密度和较高的钢丝强度,在代替等强度使用的情况下可以减薄胎体帘布的厚度,提高轮胎的使用寿命,并且相同质量的钢帘线可以生产出更多数量的轮胎;(3)具有较好的耐疲劳性能,可以提高轮胎翻新性能,减少资源的浪费。
The characteristics of 3 × 0.22 / 9 × 0.20CCUT steel cord are introduced, and the application of 3 × 0.24 / 9 × 0.225CCHT steel cord in the whole steel radial tire carcass is studied. The results show that the 3 × 0.22 / 9 × 0.20 CCUT has the advantages over the 3 × 0.24 / 9 × 0.225 CCHT steel cord in that (1) the smaller wire diameter increases the rolling efficiency of the tire plant and reduces the rolling loss; 2) With lower linear density and higher wire strength, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the carcass ply and to increase the service life of the tire instead of using the same strength, and the steel cord of the same quality can produce more The number of tires; (3) has good fatigue resistance, can improve tire retreading performance, reduce resource waste.
