知识溢出是企业集群发展、提高创新能力、获得持续竞争优势的驱动因素之一,但其过程仍是一个“黑箱”。应用系统动力学模型分析在高技术产业集群内组织间的知识溢出过程中,知识的难度系数、自然溢出度、接收者的创新能力、溢出者和接收者的初始知识势差对组织知识存量和组织间知识势差的影响,得到的结论是,知识的难度系数、知识势差一定程度上阻碍知识溢出,而自然溢出度和接收者的原始创新能力则加速知识溢出。
Knowledge spillover is one of the driving forces for the development of enterprise cluster, innovation ability and sustainable competitive advantage, but the process is still a “black box”. In the process of knowledge spillover among high-tech industry clusters, the system dynamics model is used to analyze the relationship between the organizational knowledge stock, the degree of difficulty, the natural spillover degree, the receiver’s ability of innovation, the initial knowledge potential of overflowors and receivers, The conclusion is that the difficulty coefficient of knowledge and knowledge potential hinder the knowledge spillover to a certain extent, while the natural spillover and the receiver’s original innovation ability accelerate the knowledge spillover.
