从吸附分子间侧向相互作用出发,基于Temkin吸附等温式,运用统计热力学方法,提出了摩尔吸附分子间相互作用能的概念及求解方法,分析了吸附分子相互作用对油膜极化电阻(或油膜防护性能)的影响,并通过实验和理论计算考察了常用润滑添加剂的最大油膜极化电阻和摩尔吸附分子间相互作用能.研究表明:添加剂摩尔吸附分子间相互作用能越小,则含该添加剂油膜的油膜极化电阻越大,油膜对金属腐蚀的防护性能越好.图2,表1,参8.
