从摩擦时的转速、磨损时间、摩擦副的表面粗糙度和载荷等方面研究这些因素对复合材料耐磨性的影响,研究了粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷复合材料及基体材料的抗磨损性能。结果表明,粉煤灰泡沫陶瓷复合材料具有较高的耐磨性,其耐磨性明显高于基体,该复合材料抵抗磨损的性能比基体材料增加了3~4倍。
The influences of these factors on the wear resistance of the composites were investigated from the speed of friction, the wear time, the surface roughness of the friction pair and the load. The wear resistance of the fly-ash foam ceramic composite and the matrix was studied. The results show that the fly-ash foam ceramic composite has higher wear resistance and higher wear resistance than the matrix. The wear resistance of the composite increases 3 ~ 4 times than that of the matrix.
