1 1997～1998年度引水概况 1997～1998年度冬季引水,自1997年12月15日开始,至1998年3月15日结束,历时90天,在省委、省府的关怀下,在国家防总和黄委会的照顾、安排下,仅引黄河水7276万m~3。本次引水是自通水以来冬季引水历时最长、引水最困难的一年。最小引水流量仅1.36m~3/s,日均引水量只有81万m~3,特别是自12月26日以后,进水闸引水流量经常在10m~3/s。以下,给整个沿线的调度运行造成了极大困难。
